Two young Jamaican girls met at seven years old. They both grew up with a love for travel and exploration. Both worked in the tourism and hospitality sector as entertainment coordinators and tourism information guides. During that time they offered such a unique cultural experience to visitors to the island. After leaving Jamaica to see faraway places, they ended up living abroad and working in the real estate industry for many years. Visits back to the island destinations were not the same, the experience was touristy, not one infused with the organic local lifestyle. JA-NiceluxVillas aim is to bring back a true cultural experience to our visitors infused with great customer service, one that exceeds the visitor’s expectations. We also discovered a great expat and returning residents real estate market and saw the need to make the transition easy for individuals who wish to purchase a home in the tropics.
